At mukapuza, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. We only accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
